Peccia, CEO and headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada (serving Surrey, Abbotsford, Fraser Valley, Whistler and Squamish), Kelowna (Penticton, Salmon Arm, Sicamous and Kamloops), and Vancouver Island (Parksville, Victoria, Courtenay and Campbell River).

Its sernior management team comprised of Mark Ellery, Michael Henson, Leslie Brock, Jennifer Lord, and Sherry Keeping negotiates in bad faith. When it comes to hiring new employees (which occurs often because of their high employee turnover), they will attempt to get prospective employees to sign an Employment Agreement that strips the prospective employees of their basic rights established by Canadian provincial labour court decisions.

Their Employment Agreements are designed to allow the company the ability to reduce the salaries of, and not pay earned bonuses to salaried employees as well as significantly reduce or even cancel group health, dental and disability insurance benefits. Because Pacific Quorum and its senior management team have such a poor reputation (including dozens of bad Better Business Bureau and GlassDoor reviews), most Canadian workers refuse to work for them. Accordingly, this deplorable company targets and preys on vulnerable, unsuspecting foreign workers with work visas in order to staff its accounting department. It offers below market wages and abruptly walks away from Employment Agreement negotiations when prospective employees push back on illegal clauses in its bogus Employment Agreements.

Its & #39;Director of Accounting Services & #39;, Sherry Keeping has zero qualifications in accounting (her LinkedIn profile is completely silent of her education or qualifications in accounting), yet she was promoted to the position after having served 11 months as a & #39;building manager & #39; because she & #39;s adept at lying to prospective employees. She will look you right in the face and lie to you about everything. Do not trust anything she says. She is merely there (as she puts it) to & #39;motivate accounting department employees through coersion & #39; - under-training and over-working accounting department employees and terminating them at will without just cause. In fact, out of the 6 Senior Property Accountants the company currently employs, 4 of them have been with the company for less than 2 months.

If you are stupid enough to work for Pacific Quorum Properties Inc., and actually sign their bogus Employment Agreement, you will never be able to get a car loan or lease, rent an apartment or buy a home, or make any other committment in your personal life without constantly waiting for the shoe to drop, because the wording in their Employment Agreement allows the company to fire you at will, without just cause and without notice and then not pay you previously earned bonuses.
