The facts,
1. Will Padilla doesnt own a single thing and certainly a boat for sale or charter.
2. Not a boat broker as described and if he is,, wont be for long.
3. Talked me, an 84 year old Miami resident to give him 20k for a boat that he had purchased below market and was making me a deal.
4. he said the boat was at a friends dock and was difficult to show but that once i gave the refundable deposit, he would have me toar the boat.
5. as soon as the check cleared, he wasnt able to meet and disapeared.
6. i have found six other people hes done this to since moving here from texas.

YOU agreed to send off YOUR money to somebody YOU did not know for a deposit for a boat YOU had ZERO KNOWLEDGE of its existence and NEVER seen! You can blame anyone you want to DEFLECT where the REAL BLAME belongs....and that's YOU because of your COMPLETE LACK OF FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE. Absolutely incredible!
