Pamela J Brown Rapid Restoration Recovery Boca Raton Florida Yoel Kegnovich and supervisor Enrique wouldnt give last name but i will get his and he will be getting a ripoff report too. Contractor Fraud didnt finish work and put an 11k lien on my house BOCA RATON florida

I am a victim of a serious case of contractor fraud by Pamela J Brown jr of  Rapid Restoration Recovery on 943 clint moore rd.

I called pamela and RRR on july 12th bc I had water damage from the night before. she sounded sincere and said she would be at my house that day around noon as I will provide in a text thread we started that day.

Later that day on July 12th, after pamela no showed and didnt call to say she wouldnt be able to make the appoinment , some other guy texted  out of the blue named Enrique "the Supervisor|".

Now he texts me and says they  will be at my house on monday july 17th and  that other jobs came up and they wont be able to get to me on the 12th.

This was very disappointing since I had water damage and needed immediate help.

I should have fired the,m and just left them a one star review than but was busy and didnt think to do that at the time. Plus I dont go out of my way to leave negative reviews unless it is waranted. Im not a "Queen bee" Karen like Pamela J brown is.

Afetr they showed up on july 17th they set up the machines wrong and left without tarping up my sunroom which had the water damage. by not tarping the room the house temperature was hitting close to 90 degrees in the middle of july which is completely unacceptable and the noise from the machines were deafening.

I called Enrique and asked him to come fix the machines the same day they came and set it up bc the house was almost 90 degrees. he said he would be there that day and never showed up. I have proof they never showed bc i live in a gated community  aND  you have to call people in and a security company verifies thier identity and gives them a pass to come into the community.

Enrique never showed or called and we have a text thread message  that he could have sent me a message but he didnt. This is bc he didnt come and   pulled another no show.

I called several times over the nexyt couple days to enrique and asked him to come get the machines and that they werent being used. 

So finally I texted Enrique on july 30th and said to come remove the machines. he said he couldnt that day bc he was off but would be there on Monday to pick them up.

Again another no show and no response from this absolute loser  and after calling the main office i finally got someone to come pick up the machines on august 14th.

I didnt hear a word from this company until nov 11th when I got a lien on my house for over 11k.

I was very upset so i called RRR and got on the phone with Pamela J brown who started raising her voice to an upset customer who got  frauded by her company and she berated me and  told me im nuts , im wrong and they treied everything they could to get the machines back.

This really infuriated me when I have some Queen Bee Karen playing victim after they tried to straight up rob me.

The funny thing is I have texts  and an email from the security company that backs up aLL my claims.

On Nov 11th I called and got Pamela on the phone and you better believe i was heated.

she made up a bunch of lies and infuriated me. on nov 12th I  filed a complaint with the bbb for a bill reduction explaining everything. 

On Nov 20th i got a text from an Elizabeth  and she tried tro offer me a bill reduction of 1951.00 explaining that  I need to accept offer right away bc the bb complaint is time sensitive.

I offered them two pennies.

On nov 21st Pamela Brown started to relaize she really messed up on this case and decided to try to press charges against me for harrasment and cyberstalking.

I went on RRR google reviews to read about the company and investigate and found a review by the  queen bee karen herself Pamela J brown who left a 5 star review on  the company she works for.

I will be continuing this message on monday
