Pantum Yunde After a fire in their product they sent a defective replacement Chino CA

So I had a Pantum printer for (at the time) close to a year, its decent nothing to write home about, one day under use the printer started to smoke and smell of burnt wires basically caught fire.... at first they seemed concerned and helpful, took more then I'd like it to have but replacement came... it was defective NOW the carrier did leave it outside uncovered in the pouring rain so maybe that played a part idk..

reported it to Pantum, they sent a pre paid label to send it back, I sent it back to them it arrived and then they said "we didnt get it we wont send a replacement" and literally BLOCKED me from Emailing them so now they have my device and wont send a replacement!!! even stole the broken one!!!!! Straight crooked scammers and I doubt they will even reply to this!!!
