Paragon Motor Club The company doesn't do what its website claims. They website says they will tow you up to 100 miles to a repair facility of your choice. But when i called to be towed, the General Manager Bob said that he would not have car towed to the nearest facilty- that don't tow any car 100 miles.  leland ms

This company falsely advertises on its website that it will tow your vehicle up to a 100 miles to a repair facilty of your choice. When i called to have my vehicle towed, the GM Bob said that he would only have it towed to the nearest facililty in town, which was just a mile down the road.

He claimed that was the policy. So i decided to read what their website said about towing to your vehicle a facility of your choice. He immediately interrupted me and let me know how long he's been with the company. But i continued to read what website said about towing up to 100 miles.

He then categorically denied that what i read is what the company's policy is, claiming that I have the wrong understanding. His tone was not professional and borderline disrespectful. He did offer to give refund, which i accepted. This is not a company i would join again. Their website is misleading.
