Dealership charged 50k over MSRP without ever informing us there would be any market adjustment, we found out at the moment the contract was being printed out. We happened to notice the price on the screen. When we questioned this number they claimed they “mentioned it” at some point. We were in the finance office and already had a loan approved two days prior through our credit union for the agreed upon msrp. We feel it was an underhanded tactic to squeeze us out of our reservation so they could keep the vehicle. Proof of that theory was the fact they listed our reserved vehicle we ordered from the factory and had been waiting for for 2 years on their website for sale for 212k once they took delivery.
We were even told by our contact person there, on two different occasions that his boss really wants our reserved vehicle. Just want to warn consumers of this dealership and how they operate.
Dishonest, and unethical. Completely tarnished the brand for us and the entire purchase experience.
