Under all circumstances avoid using this title company. The sheer incompetence of this company and its staff is alarming. Led by its owner Nikkie Robards.
I closed on an investment property which was to be placed under an LLC. What they did instead was place the property under my personal name. Such incompetence resulted in a judgement being placed on this property stemming from a frivolous lawsuit.
Any investor who uses this company should steer very far from Partnership Title and company. When attempting to address this issue and incompetence's the owner Nikki Robards completely ignored my issues and concerns.
Complete incompetence. Investors and all STAY AWAY FROM PARTNERSHIP AND TITLE ESCROW. There google reviews document a long standing history of INCOMPETENCE
