Parx Casino, Nathan Powell $3,200 worth of wireless microphones not returned Bensalem, PA 

In June of 2024 (about a year ago), Nathan Powell, an AV employee (head of dept?) requested to borrow some equipment from my company Lectrosonics, for a test. Mr. Powell received this equipment. This wireless system is valued at about $3,200. Normally the evaluation loan period is 30 days. Our sales support department began attempting to contact Mr. Powell in the fall of 2024 to check the status of the loan. Despite several attempts to retrieve this equipment from Nathan, including voice messages, emails, and contacts from independent sales reps, the equipment has not yet been returned. Nathan claims that he "believes it was already returned" but we have been unable to get any documents from him showing the return was even initiated such as tracking number, shipping records, etc. We would like resolution on this matter ASAP.
