Matt Visconti, owner of passion said he would fix my car after his employee "Lee" backed my car into a lift causing $2,700 damages. after 3 attempts to resolve peacefully, I no longer trust a person who does not deal in good faith. His repair involves next door shop AutoSpec LV where they did a half a*s job in the repair. After the repair. It left me with a door that doesn't open properly. missing bolts, missing door check abs missing mirror control dials. Matt stated in paper I signed a waiver when I picked up my car dismissing and accepting the repair as is. This violated NV state law of warranty. I will sue. Matt Visconti uses aggression and denial to own up to what he claims he will do. This is not in good faith.
