To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to address a serious issue that has come to my attention regarding a false report made by an individual named Aron, claiming that my company or I are involved in asylum scams.
(1) Let me be absolutely clear: this accusation is completely unfounded and unequivocally false. Our office has provided legitimate immigration services since 2001, operating under the same name and ownership, as confirmed on our website https://www.patakicenter.com/immigration. We offer vital assistance with asylum cases and a range of other immigration-related matters. Our services also include company registration and the preparation and filing of taxes across the USA.
(i) Our low-cost services have raised concerns among other agencies that charge exorbitant fees—often three to four times higher than ours. As a result, we have become targets for anonymous individuals spreading damaging falsehoods and defamatory statements about our company, particularly on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, etc.
(ii) The sole aim of this harmful falsehood is to tarnish our services and undermine the reputation and reliability we have cultivated over 24 years.
(2) Cease and desist: I demand immediate action against this malicious misinformation
(i) Immediate Removal: Remove the false rumor about me and my office from your website or platform immediately. This misinformation is harming my company's reputation and affecting me personally.
(ii) Unauthorized Use of My Photo: You have posted my photo without my consent. A still from my TikTok videos has been used on your platform without permission, and I expect this to be rectified.
(iii) Request for Disclosure: By law, you are obligated to provide the full name and information of the individual who submitted this false report. We require this information to pursue legal action.
