PataOutlet.best Ders24.com Fake website with knock off brands

I ordered a variety of Patagonia jackets, shirts and pants from Pataoutlet.best which claims to be a verified Patagonia discounter. I did not receive a receipt or automatic order confirmation. Instead, I received an email from the company confirming my shipping address.  I asked them to cancel my order and refund it, but they claimed that they had shipped the order and it was too late. When I asked why the order was coming from China if they are a legitimate Patagonia reseller, they said it was an issue with warehouse space (?).

I did receive a package from them containing a cheap knock off Christian Dior scarf that I did not order. When I contacted the company they continued to jerk me around with emails asking for pictures of packaging and shipping labels, then claiming to not have received the photos.  They also do their customer service using two aliases "Support@ders24.com" and "support@supporthome24.com".
