I should have known something was wrong when their website couldn't categorize things that were easily identifiable such as workout gear into the health category. Beyond my gut feeling, because I couldn't find anything negative, I decided to order some dumbbells that I have been looking for that are normally $349 for $99. I instantly regreted that decision when I didn't get an order confirmation and attempts to contact their customer service are futile as it gives me an error anytime I hit submit on my concern. Further more the charge shows up on my credit card statement as ICHIHARAELEMENTARY and it is overseas. The webaitew is url is https://surplusmarches.top but the site is called Fashion Shop, nothing to do with fashion, and the business name is Patchamperes Technology Limited. I have contacted my credit card company and made them aware but I want to make sure there aren't a lot more people falling for this.

They Have Multiple URLs

AUTHOR: Quinton - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 12, 2020

I am on FaceBook and the company now has urls: mossespacific.top manualshoops.top fillerrope.top The website name on the last one is Happy Shop but everything else is pretty much the same. They use these sites to steal money and personal information to include credit card and billing information.

I too was ripped of $99

AUTHOR: John - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 12, 2020

Saw the ad in Facebook...$99 dumbbell set was too good to be true. Was putting in information just to see the shipping charges. When shipping was free I should have known. CC company said it wasn’t posted yet, seems strange they won’t freeze it until they post against it. Had all the same issues as you.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

I too have been ripped off by them.

AUTHOR: Joe - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, May 11, 2020

I have had the same experience with this company. I contacted my credit card company and I need to wait for the charge to post for me to take further action. I should have known that this was too good to be true.
