Disturbed by the behaviour and unprofessional attitude of Pathfinder Boarding School Haldwani, I have to pen down the plight of my friend's parents in this post, They are senior citizens (80+ and 70+), with their father suffering from serious kidney disease, and having to go through dialysis twice a week at the age of 85.

They had given their land in Kamaluwaganja, Haldwani as school premises to run the school Pathfinder on rent to one Mr. Deepak Kumar also known as Dr. Deepak Kumar Manchanda, head of Pathfinder Boarding School Kamaluwaganja Haldwani, who has been using the school premises in Kamaluwaganja for over 1.5 years now for running his Pathfinder School in Kamaluwaganja, Haldwani, and has been wilfully defaulting in terms of paying the security deposit, the rent, and even electricity and water bills for quite a few months now, while they are running their classes for education online as well as in classrooms.

It all started with Mr. Deepak Manchanda asking my friend's parents to forego the rent for the property where Pathfinder Boarding School is in Haldwani, Uttarakhand during the coronavirus lockdown, and as the land that they had given to him for the use of school premises was under debt, the rental was needed in order to pay off the loan for the land which was not waived off at any point in time, they had requested him that it would not be possible to forego the rent for his Pathfinder School in Haldwani.

Even after giving 4+ months of time to Mr. Deepak Manchanda to pay the outstanding money which he owed to my friend's parents for running Pathfinder - The Boarding School, there was no intent reflected by him to pay the security deposit (due since over a year), or the rental, or even the monthly bills for electricity and water charges. This led to a very negative review of Deepak Manchanda for Pathfinder Boarding School.

They have requested him multiple times to clear the payments or vacate the premises they are using to run their Pathfinder School in Haldwani but to no avail. Now they are being forced to send him a legal notice, and I am posting this on behalf of my friend's parents in order to make our situation known to everyone concerned, and seek help from someone who can assist them with getting their property off the hands of Pathfinder - The Boarding School located in Haldwani. 

I do not intend to defame any person or organization by way of this post, I just want my friend's troubled parents to get a solution to this so that they can get the property in Kamaluwaganja, Haldwani off the clutches of Pathfinder The Boarding School, which has been using the property without paying any rent and past dues to my friend's parents, violating all terms of the agreement. 

If you know Mr. Deepak Manchanda or the boarding school Pathfinder in Haldwani, I urge you to request him to not trouble my friend's family like this anymore, and clear off all remaining dues and vacate the property and move his Pathfinder School premises at the earliest. Pathfinder the boarding school haldwani reviews have equally poor ratings because of this appoach of theirs towards their rented property, which they do not pay rentals for.
