WARNING! Patreon.com masquerade as a creator platform but once they get your credit card they charge it even when you have cancelled or are not even receiving the service!

AND PATREON THEN CUT YOU OFF AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE FURTHER! PATREON HANG YOU OUT TO DRY! KEEP YOUR MONEY WITH ZERO RECOURSE! ZERO OPTIONS TO GET YOUR OWN MONEY BACK!

GENUINE REFUNDS CAUSED BY PATREON MISTAKES ARE DECLINED EVEN THOUGH PATREONS REFUND DECLINE DIRECTLY CONTRADICTS PATREONS OWN WEBSITES REFUND POLICY AND US COMSUMER LAW! They are based in: 600 Townsend Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA

Patreon.com are absolute crooks, they DO NOT operate with honesty, ethics or integrity, and even when they have no legal right they keep your money and refuse to refund what they have charged you! They DO NOT CARE! Screwing the Users of their site is a well entrenched philosophy at Patreon as well ss charging customers for services they DO NOT receive and then DENYING REFUNDS is well documented Patreon strategy that has many victims like me posting all over the internet!

Patreon.com have NO PHONE NUMBER, the staff DO NOT USE LAST NAMES, OR ANY ADDRESS OR CONTACT DETALS OTHER THAN A GENERIC EMAIL LIKE: Jim (Support) platform-support@patreon.zendesk.com OR help@patreon.com.

Patreon.com randomly charge your credit card with no prior notice at all and operate like a bunch of Scammers!

The internet is full of horrendous customers stories like mind, where Patreon stole money they had no legal right to.

ATTENTION: Jim, David, Amber, Oliver, Emily

 

Maybe you haven’t read the facts in this case. Charging me for services I DID NOT RECEIVE LAST YEAR AND NOW CHARGING ME FOR SERVICES IM NOT GOING TO RECEIVE THIS YEAR IS NOTHING SHORT OF A COMPLETE SCAM!

 

I ASSUMED DAVIDTECH AND PATREON WERE COMPANIES THAT OPERATED WITH INTEGRITY. YOUR ACTIONS ARE PROVING THAT TO BE WRONG!

 

The facts of this case are clear

- I joined Davidtech in 2024 and after 3 months and paying for a ton of technical support discovered many of the things that were being promoted in your videos were not able to be done

- Specifically

i.Bots on Bybit would not work with Davidtech because there was a limit to Bybits api for bots. It could a long time to be told this, and that information was not disclosed on your website or in videos. So despite having, $40,000 on bybit to trade your bots, the bots would not work because of an api bot limit that no one knew about except Davidtech!

ii.I worked with William and paid for support by William to try and get Davidtech strategies triggering Tradingview Alerts to 3 Commas so 3 Commas could then trigger the bots on Bybit and despite spending an extensive amount of time and money on this…. that could not be made to work either

- So as a result I ceased using Davidtech, 9 or 10 months ago!

- Without any warning or notification Patreon charged me $806.30 USD on the 1st June 2025 for my Annual Membership from 1st June 2025 to 1st June 2026.

- I cancelled my Membership on the 1st June 2025, so NO TIME OF THE 2025 / 2026 MEMBERSHIP WAS USED!

- Patreons website said for refunds to contact Davidtech, I messaged Davidtech 3 times through Patreon (screen shot attached) and NO ONE FROM DAVIDTECH REPLIED

- I then emailed Davidtech and was told 4 times, twice by Vlad and twice by Emily to contact Patreon. I contracted Patreon and they told me to contract Davidtech. Pretty Nuts Customer service!

Summary: I have not used Davidtech for over 9 months, cancelled my membership so there is no reason not to IMMEDIATELY REFUND me for the $806.30 USD charged without any advance notice for the 2026 year that I am NOT USING!.

Its been a very unpleasant ride with Davidtech. Things that don’t work, staff just wanting to abdicate any responsibility and no one wanting to put the customer first and take the initiate and resolve issues or even this basic refund!

I love what David teaches, despite all the negative experiences I have had im still supportive of the concept you are trying to promote. And I have to wonder if everyone is so successful and so wealthy trading bots why are you all doing everything you can to avoid processing a simple refund for a client who NEVER received what was promised to him in the first place, NEVER got any advance notification you were going to make additional charges and who promptly cancelled and did the right thing writing to you to get this simple matter successfully resolved.

I HAVE NOT USED 1 DAY OF THE MEMBERSHIP YOU CHARGED ME FOR SO THERE IS NO QUESTION AN IMMEDIATE REFUND SHOULD BE SUCCESSFULLY ISSUED!

 

LEGALLY YOU CANNOT CHARGE ME FOR SERVICES I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AND WILL NOT RECEIVE BUT THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO DO! ARE YOU CUSTOMER AND INTEGRITY FOCUSED OR JUST TRYING TO SCREW EVERY CUSTOMER FOR EVERY DOLLAR YOU CAN REGARDLESS IF THEY DON’T RECEIVE THE SERVICE OR NOT?

 

I RESPECTFULLY REQUEST YOU REVIEW YOUR DECISION IN LIGHT OF THE FACTS, IN LIGHT OF DAVIDTECH AGREEING TO THE REFUND PREVIOUSLY, IN LIGHT OF PATREON NEVER GIVING ME ANY PRIOR NOTOCE OF THE CHARGE AND IN LIGHT OF THE SERVICE BEING CANCELLED AND IN THE LIGHT OF DAVIDTECH TECHNICIALLY NOT BEING ABLE TO DO WHAT THEY PROMISED IN THEIR MARKETING THAT CAUSED ME TO JOIN THE PROGRAM.

 

AT SOME POINT COMMON SENSE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, RESPECT AND INTEGRITY MUST BE MORE IMPORTANT TO YOU THAN RIPPING YOUR OWN CLIENTS OFF AND CHARGING THEM FOR SERVICES THEY NEVER RECEIVED!

 

APPROVE THE REFUND AND PROCESS IT, I DESERVE NOTHING LESS AND PATREON AND DAVIDTECH KNOW THAT!

Yes Amber those details are correct, I have not used davidtech for 9 months because of the technical issues where the services they promoted did not work. So I DEFINITLEY NEED A REFUND FOR THAT $806.30 IMMEDIATELY
