Patrick Singer Assisted Client in Falsifying Multiple Claims

My Military Service and Combat Related Wounds Were Used Against Me

Attorney Patrick & nbsp;Singer (registration# 39738), deliberately assisted his clients in making false allegations against me (all of which were dismissed in court) and maliciously used my military service against me in attempt to bolster his client & #39;s claims of feeling fearful. Mr. Singer also used my combat related wounds against me as his main premise to help bolster his client & #39;s false claim of feeling fearful. The event is briefly explained below.

I had several marketplace interactions with Gonyon Cosmetic & amp; Plastic Surgery in January of 2019. Subsequent to the interactions and out of retribution for negative reviews and a complaint that I made across multiple sites (including the Colorado Medical Board), Denis Gonyon (a small time verifiable quack from Michigan) falsified two temporary restraining order request forms in Loveland (both denied) and is listed as a victim (along with Jennifer Vicknair) on a police report claiming harassment in Johnstown (dismissed due to lack of sufficient evidence). Gonyon chose March 28 and 29 as dates to base his claims because on March 27, I reviewed a business in Nevada on Yelp. March 30 fell on Saturday. The business is not open during weekends. Gonyon was using my Yelp reviews as a timeline to base his claims. Claims made in the restraining order form contradict those made in the harassment report. The court transcripts of testimony conflict with the reports (I also have receipts and photos of my iPhone & #39;s GPS location indicating my whereabouts regarding their false allegations). All claims and requests made by Gonyon and his staff (Olivia Whalen, Jennifer Vicknair, Jennifer Schmidt, Rachel Morales, etc.) to the courts were dismissed and denied.

61-pages containing 5 reports, documents, and evidence detailing how the allegations were falsified were submitted to appropriate recipients requesting for charges to be filed for the false reporting. After reviewing the evidence, a sergeant with the Professional Standards Unit of the Loveland Police Department stated that she believed there was enough evidence to charge the plaintiffs with perjury & nbsp;and met with the police chief. The chief stated that an investigation would take place and charges would be filed at the request of the courts. A response like this is of little surprise given the entity and the fact that admitting to making a mistake would open the city to a & nbsp;liability claim. & nbsp;The plaintiff & #39;s actions have been documented. Mr. Singer & #39;s behavior has also been documented.

As of current, Denis Gonyon stands charged with multiple felonies related to posession and distribution of child pornography. & nbsp;
