Paul Forsberg who is a real estate broker who lives in Melbourne, Florida and his wife Troy Forsberg who own EZE Real Estate and also have websites that include floridalandman and thelotguy are dishonest and lied about vacant land that they listed for sale. They never were the actual owners of the property and only had a contract with one of the owners to purchase the land. Paul Forsbertg sends out as he mentioned to me over a thousand letters amonth to land owners to see if they are interested in perhaps selling their vacant land. Once they are he then signs a contract with them and prior to closing and making sure the property has a clear title he lists the property for sale on his websites.

This guy is a complete wacko!





He has dozens of videos on YouTube for how to flip businesses, how to use a fishing rod and hold a fish.

Why didn't I see this sooner? 

(Here Is My Story)

After I came across a vacant property on Craigslist and called the phone number and got no answer.I then Googled the address and it showed up on Trulia. I then filled out the contact information and within about 5 minutes received a phone call from Paul Forsberg. At this time I do not realize the hook has been set and I am his next victim. I asked him if he own the property and if so does it have a clear title. His response was yes it has a clear title and he mentioned about how he sends out over a thousand letters weekly to land owners and how the owner of this particular property agreed to sell it to him.

He said the owner because of financial reasons wanted to sell it. I went forward with the purchase agreement and he said he would draw up a contract and send it to me. After I received the contract he then told me that I need to send him $195.00 and that it was non-refundable. I needed to have it sent to him by a certain day to lock in the agreement. I sent him a cashiers check and paid $29.00 to send it express overnite delivery. I stayed in touch with him, it was always me calling him and he never called me back in a reasonable amount of time. It was usually the next day.

I waited for Paul Forsberg to close on the property with the owner on the date that was set and thats when everything started going downhill fast. I was told that that there was an issue with the title because there was another owner on the property who owned a half interest in it dating back years ago. I mentioned this to him as well as his wife Troy and the title company prior because this was readily available on the property appraisers website.

I kept being told by Troy that they reached out to the owner thgat they had a contract with and were waiting to hear back from him. Weeks went by with no official word. I called the title company numerous times and they said they were waiting to hear back from Paul and Troy Forsberg about any information they received from the owner that they had a contract with. More weeks went by and I once again called the title company and was told that they found the other owners who had a half interest in ownership and were waiting to once again hear back from Troy Forsberg.

I waited about another week and became fed up with the whole situation and called the title company again and asked them for all of the owners phone numbers. I placed a call to the owners who had a half interest in the property who did not have a contract with Paul and Troy Forsberg and explained to them what was going on and wanted to get to the bottom of it. I asked them if they had any interest in selling the property and they said no.They said they talked to the Forsbergs about 2 months earlier who asked them if they wanted to sell their half interest and they told them no. They said that the price that the other owners were selling it for was too cheap. I placed a call to Troy and told her how pissed off I was and how they wasted my time. I told her I wanted my money back and she argued and hung up on me.

Here is the bottom line:

If Paul Forsberg or Troy Forsberg from the onset would have asked the person that they were buying the property from if there were any other owners of the property they would have found out right then and there that there was. If he is such a awesome broker and gets deals done then why didn't he just go omn the property appraisers website and see for himself that their were other owners. These people are scammers and are only out to get that $195.00 non-refundable fee from people.

If you Google his name you will see that this guy has got his paws in everything. From generating leads, appearing on stupid how to videos, the list goes on and on. This guy is full of himself. I reached out to a few people who once knew him and said they haven't seen or spoken to him in years but that he was always into something to make a fast dollar and that he was a real character. Please avoid Paul Forsberg and his sidekick Troy Forsberg and don't get fooled like me. Please be sure to check out his wacky videos of himself on Youtube and Facebook.

Once a sucker comes along and shows an interest in a piece of land thats when he sets the hook. He charges you a non - refundable fee of $195.00  to take the property off the market. Like a fool I paid this fee and after weeks of waiting to close I found out the other owners who had a half interest were not interested in selling their half interest in the property.
