PCLiquidations Bait and switch PC Jacksonville Florida

I ordered a Dell Optiplex 7010 SFF Computer i5-3470S Grade B computer with windows 10 home edition, not Windows 7 as you'll see from the photo's attached. The i5 has 4 mem banks with a 32MB cap, the i3 has 2 with a 16MB cap. I wanted to upgrade to 32MB so I ordered 4x8GB sticks from another website to equal the 32MB capacity of the i5. They sent me an i3 instead of the i5 I ordered. Diffrence is i3 only had 2 mem banks with a maximum 16MB cap.

Trying to gather the order and invoice info I logged into their portal and to my astonishment they had'nt even listed the computer I brought into my purchase history thus completely trying to hide any ties to this transaction. I also ordered 4x22" monitors and they were listed along with a swith I had previously purchased. What a bunch of crooks!

This is total bait and switch. Send me what I paid for and if you did not have it in stock then why try to swap me out with an older, less expensive computer and think I wouldn't notice? Take back your pc and reimburse my money. You'll never have to worry about me again, I'm done!
