Good afternoon. It is with great sadness and discontent that I once again file a complaint regarding the PTE exam. This is the second time I have encountered the same problem and no one does absolutely anything to resolve my issue. I took the PTE exam on Saturday, June 1 with order number 0071-7392-0714 and registration number 479733001. It happens that for the second consecutive time, when recording my responses in Describe Image, the response time expired with less than 5 seconds of my response being recorded, it is worth noting that the response time is about 40 seconds. This occurred in 3 exercises consecutively during the speaking session in D.I. Consequently, my speaking score and also my reading score were extremely affected (as my responses were not recorded) due to the time running out with less than 5 seconds of my audio being recorded. This has been happening to numerous people in my city and Person Vue does absolutely nothing! We file complaints to request a response and they simply say that the responses were recorded or some other excuse. Lies!!! Dozens and dozens, if not hundreds of people are being harmed by technical defects in the PTE exam, spending their money unjustly and having their dreams delayed due to technical problems in the Person Vue system during the PTE exam. Please, be sensitive enough to at least acknowledge the problems, do not play with the dreams of people around the world. Be fair and provide feedback to those who cry out for help due to problems caused by technical deficiencies in your system and computers. Another complaint has been filed in my case, case number 11 46 44 51. I emphasize that this is the second consecutive time that I have had the same problem during my exam, exactly the same problem, and many other people who were taking the exam beside me complained about the same thing. I demand an urgent response to my situation.
