I saw an advert of Market Traders Institute (MarketTraders.com) on youtube saying they teach Fibonacci trading. The cost was $4.95 to view the video about Fibonacci trading. There was an additional cost of $1 to access their environment. I paid access using my credit card.

After 2 days, I have not received anything from them. I then sent them an email informing them that I did not want to deal with them anymore – and I asked for a refund.

They came back to me saying that they have issued a refund – and it would show up on my account within a couple of business days. The refund was indeed made. I thought I would never have to deal with these scammers anymore. Except.

On March 23, 2020, I received an invoice with a charge of $US29.95 on the credit card from smarttrader.com. On March 24, 2020, I received another invoice with a charge of $US65, charged on the credit card from smarttrader.com.

On March 26, 2020, I received another invoice with a charge of $US99, charged on the credit card from smarttrader.com.

This company is linked to Market Traders Institute (MarketTraders.com). I sent an email asking who they were, and I got an automated email from Market Traders Institute (MarketTraders.com) saying they have received my request – and that they would get back to me in 2 business days.

Then I received a call from one of their asking if I am still interested in taking their course. I reminded him that I did want to deal with his company.

I have never accessed or used any of their services.  And the fact that the refund was made is proof that I did not have anything to do with them anymore.

But even if I have asked them to unsubscribe from their mailing list and asked them to stop charging my credit card, they kept emailing me, calling me and charging my credit card.

Every time I try to talk to the billing or refund department so that they can refund me the new charges, they hang up on me and they don’t respond to my emails.

Stay away from, the Market Traders Institute (MarketTraders.com), MarketTraders.com are thieves, biggest scammers online. Please don’t make a mistake I made and deal with them. There are thousands and thousands of complaints about these scammers.

. The only thing they will tell you is “Obviously, the only way we can charge your credit card is because you gave it to us and confirmed it.

Let’s get together a start a collective action case against these basters. They don’t care about complaints online. They are thieves that are what they do for living. They have no shame
