In March 2020 I ordered from Performance Corvettes a set of Upper Fuel Rail Covers Painted in Carbon Flash, when received One of the Fuel Rail Covers had a big bubble and they refused to do anything about it.
I have sent them back to Performance Corvettes in the same month I ordered a set of Lower Fuel Coil Covers.
In Sebring Orange Tintcoat, when I received them, they were not for a Dry Sump and they were painted in Tangerine Orange.
I sent an email with pictures, and they said it wasn't for my car. I sent them back to Performance Corvettes at my expense, they charged me a Restocking Fee, and other fee's, even knowing they sent me the wrong part and color.
Out of $328.99 that I was charged, they only refunded $131.14.
It's their Mistake and Performance Corvettes is Ripping Me Off!
They can send any part to anyone, knowing it is the wrong part, and when they get it back they charge the customer all sorts of Fee's.
This is like a Bait and Switch to me.
They need to be stopped!!
I have turned it over to my Visa Card Company with the email that states Yes we (Performance Corvettes) sent you the wrong parts.
I have also contacted the Attorney General in Orlando, Florida.
I am also going to file a police report and I hope my local police department will contact the police department in Orlando Florida in regards to this Scam.
They have not yet received the Upper Fuel Rail Covers, due to the USPS, but when they (Performance Corvettes) recieves them I paid $326.99, and they (Performance Corvettes) will do the same thing, charge me for a restocking fee, shipping and credit card fee's, when the customer pays for all shipping costs.
