Purchased a top mounted intercooler from perrin for my 07 subaru legacy spec b. Brought part to subiworks to have it installed. After installation it was clear the part did not work. Contacted perrin over email and was told the part was not made for my car and the "USED TO" make spacers in order for it to fit on my car. Never was I provided spacers or informed of this BEFORE i paid 250 to have it installed and Another 250 for it to be removed.
This part was over 800 before shipping. I AM NOW LEFT WITH AN 800+ PAPERWEIGHT THAT NEVER FIT ON MY CAR IN THE FIRST PLACE. This was incredibly decietful and unethical on perrins part. Now I have spent close to 1400 on something that should not have been misrepresented as a part for my car. I have assked to return the product and be refunded with no success.
