Beware of "the baby in the bag"! The Persian Lady is selling cats with the feline leukemia virus! She told me a sad story about how she started breeding cats to earn money for a court case to regain custody of her ten-year-old daughter. I felt sorry for her and fell in love with the cute cream kitten she offered me for $1500.

I met her in the parking lot of a gas station. She got out of her vehicle with a cloth bag and handed it to me, saying, here is your "baby in a bag". I didn't think the kitten looked old enough to be separated from its mother, but she already had my money and assured me he was plenty old enough, so I took the kitten home. 

The poor kitten did not know how to eat kitten food. It repeatedly cried and cried. I tried everything to get him to eat. My other two cats kept trying to nurture him. Finally, the next day I took him to the vet where they told me the kitten was only five weeks old and under no circumstances should have left its mother. He performed several tests on the kitten. Not only did my new kitten have ear mites and worms, but he tested positive for the feline leukemia virus!

I was then told he will live to see a year old. Now I have exposed my other two cats to this deadly disease! When I called and confronted her about this, she blocked my number. What is wrong with her, why would anyone do this to innocent people and helpless animals?

Avoid this breeder at all costs unless you want to pay $1500 for dead cats, a cloth bag, and a handful of vet bills.
