I put my dog to sleep on July 26 and 3 days later I found someone online called pet haven to do her cremation I didn’t know his crematory was in pa he gave me back her ashes with no identification from that cemetery and also gave me a cremation certificate that wasn’t from there either he gave me one from his service in ny his crematory is called Lacey memorial family pet cemetery and crematory and I didn’t get a certificate from there nor a explanation he cremated her collar as well I didn’t hear nothing about that either this man is nothing but rude and disrespectful he was supposed to send me her name plate in the mail he got mad and said no I am not because you wrote a bad review on me he also was asked several times we’re was she cremated and give me proof he refused his coworkers and him is hiding something he was asked when can he send her name he said I’m on drugs he don’t have a 24 hr engraver
