Beware of Peter Lo Mascolo who moonlights as an Uber Driver in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. He drives a Hyundai Accent (License Plate # (((REDACTED))). He recently kept an Uber Rider waiting nearly 20 minutes past the estimated pick up time because Peter decided to stop for lunch at Tim Horton's restaurant instead of picking up the Uber Rider on time.
When he finally showed up to pick up the Uber Rider at a local Barrie, Ontario grocery store (dressed in his GuardaWorld uniform), the trunk of Peter's car was filled with boxes and large, plastic buckets so there was no place for the Uber Rider to put his groceries. 
After pulling away from the grocery store parking lot, Peter asked the Uber Rider why the Uber Rider didn't put the groceries in the trunk of Peter's car. When the Uber Rider explained that Peter's trunk was full, Peter abruptly pulled over on a very busy, 4-lane road without a sidewalk and demanded that the Uber Rider get out of his vehicle, saying: "Your trip's over. Get out!".
To add insult to injury, Peter charged the Uber Rider a $6.63 'Basic Fare' fee for the Uber Rider's troubles.
Avoid this unprofessional and dangerous hot-head at all cost. Based on his erratic behaviour, people like Peter Lo Mascolo have no business working as an Uber Driver; in the service sector; or working in a position of public trust as a Security Guard for GuardaWorld International Protective Services.

This passenger that I had in my uber is whats known today as an entitled Karen. he even went as far as to copy and paste the original report to the uber passenger comment section for all to see. so lazy hayaa! can't even create an original comment.
So update, I contacted UBER and advised of that comment made in the uber rider platform and told them I will be filing a lawsuit against the rider, uber has removed the slanderous comment in the uber rider platform and banned the rider. however, the rider could still create another account but that's something I have to keep an eye out for when driving for Uber.
When I picked up the rider at the big bay point and Yonge st. in the city of Barrie at the zhers supermarket the drop-off was a 5 minute or less trip so I know he doesn't live far from the zhers supermarket. so if I have an uber request in that area I will be on my toes. maybe UBER is going to request ID from the individual before creating a new account and once they see it they won't allow it.
You see uber is a privilege, not a right. and if you violate community guidelines it will get you trespassed my vehicle or any uber drivers vehicle and also banned from the platform.

I am well aware of the individual who reported me. If he sees this be advised I will be suing you for defamation of character. You have no right or permission to use my photo and then lie about the details in your report. I also will be reporting this to UBER and have your uber account blacklisted. You will never be able to take uber again. Far as im concerned you can take a bus or a taxi. You know d**n well what happened that day. But because you wanted an uber the second you book it pissed you off You had 1 bag of groceries bread and milk which would have fit in my car for sure.
How come you didn't mention the fact that
1. You slammed my trunk lid
2. You slammed my door
3. Violated community guidelines and was being rude and disrespectful in my vehicle.
Swearing in public and public places is gross misconduct. Thats the reason why I trespassed you from my vehicle. Had you been a tiny bit more respectful I would have brought you to your destination. I have a medical issue where my blood sugar gets low. (Hypoglycemia) so I stopped into tim hortons before I recieved your call and ordered a small item to go. But apparently patience is not a virtue with you.
