Peter Sinha Peter and his family (landlord) are psychotic. They believe they’re getting information through the walls through air while insulting me as incompetent. 

Peter Sinha (landlord of 47 evanston rise nw Calgary). Is a small time psychotic criminal and his family is psychotic as well.  Since almost one of my tenancy I've been targeted by Peter's family specifically his son Who is delusional who thinks he have sexual information above me and was discriminating me behind my back as in laughing at me.

Throughout the two years, I've been at this address. Peter's family Shown concern of a psychosis specifically targeted towards me would they believe they're getting information through the air, invisible information through the air.  On top of that, Peter has been defrauding me of going on $3000 through rental increases each and every month that he is banking for mistake of his that he expects a person to pay for.  He is a scumbag.  Him and his family think they'll never be caught or suspected of any of their mental health problems or any of their crimes. And they all think their geniuses.  Peter and possibly his family may retaliate against this as he's retaliated against me a few different times.   On top of that, he is greedy irresponsible a criminal psychotic. I wouldn't engage in conversation with him. It might trigger him or his family. If he is at fault, he will try to make you pay for his Fault.  And the disturbing part is he Shows no guilt or remorse. Even though he Yes, caught in his crime. And his ignorant to law. He is also insulted me as incompetence. He claims to know me he made fictitious stories about me, breaching the contract. He believes he has a case while trying to victimize me.  I have been a decent Tenant rent has been early Very minimal problems.  Peter is the one with the problems and his family. The blame goes to him.  Avoid renting from him or doing business with him.
