PetSmart in Evansville, Indiana Pet Food Causing Digestive Issues and Worms Evansville Indiana

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the Purina Pro Plan dog food that I recently purchased at PetSmart. Unfortunately, after feeding this food to my dog, Oreo, she has been experiencing severe digestive issues, which is highly unusual for her. I must also note that Oreo has a stomach of steel, as she is regularly fed hamburgers without any adverse reactions.
 
Furthermore, I have been noticing all sorts of worms in her fecal matter, which leads me to believe that the dog food is the root of the problem. Oreo is up to date on all of her shots, so this should not be happening.
 
When I tried to return the dog food, an employee suggested that I need to take her to get checked since it isn’t necessarily the food that is causing it. I took Oreo with me when I tried to return the dog food, and unfortunately, she proceeded to defecate on the floor with worms and all. The employee became very upset, and the manager then told me that I needed to leave and take my business elsewhere.
 
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service that I received. As a loyal customer of PetSmart, I expected better treatment. I am also concerned about the quality of the dog food that you are selling and the potential harm it can cause to pets.
 
I implore you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to ensure that this does not happen again. It is clear that it is causing Oreo harm.
