Changed his name from the infamous PHIL HABERMAN to PHIL SCOTT and still scamming people!
Remember what Haberman did in 2018-2019? Hurricane Michael and fundraising fraud, false document scams and the local sheriff was looking for him in Liberty County NC. From 2004 - 2020 he falsely claimed he was in the military. LOOK AT HIS OTHER RIP OFF REPORTS!
NOW, Haberman/Scott are assisting with rescues in Florida with hurricane Milton. DO NOT GIVE DONATIONS, as this is his only income. Donation pages aren't going to the animals. It's going to the van repairs and his own pocket. This is how Haberman/Scott has been making a living for many years. He has a virtural website and business office in Delaware to protect himself.
His prior scam was K9 Global - where he even scammed his business partner AND DID NOT REPORT $30,000 in cash he raised while being paid by rescues in Ukraine.
