Some content, evidence, and references contain strong language and triggers, viewer discretion advised. Remember that there are crimes here involving fraud, libel, doxxing, and Philip Allen Kreis, who often goes by the screen name “chipfoxx” (@chipfoxx on twitter.com), was allegedly a former engineer for various companies and government agencies who was fired after being deemed / discovered to be a terrorist (affiliation with ANTIFA and other leftist groups). https://kiwifarms.net/threads/leftist-communist-antifa-furry-general.33353/post-2603125

chipfoxx employs a network of suspected criminals or “henchmen”:

"@xurnami” on twitter.com

"@AltFurryBlocker” on twitter.com

"@acem58” (Louis Gagliardion) twitter.com

“@atax1a” (Anthony M. Martinez) on twitter.com

"@strdrr” on twitter.com

"@hidden_signs” on twitter.com

"@chuffaholic” on twitter.com

(Note that there are probably many more, some may be multiple alternate profiles, see https://kiwifarms.net/threads/louis-lou-gagliardi-alex-ace-maddox-tegan-ainsley-taryn-amita-diana-goldenl1oness-lynn-brooks-acem58.66344/) Who regularly speak for or act as a shills for chipfoxx, giving him great praise and paint a wonderful picture of him (cult/mafia setup), however, there are multiple scams/crimes committed or caused by chipfoxx that will be covered in this report with the exclusion of chipfoxx’s national security risks.

Recruiting ANTIFA:

chipfoxx, et al, regularly engages new members on social media and discusses how we are (mainly in the US) overrun by “fascists” and “racists”, with recent emphasis on the president (Donald Trump), police shootings, and other related events (See Exhibit F and H).

If you are receptive to his ideologies, he will then send you more propaganda and ultimately ask for support and donations. He has even gone as far as to train new subjects on techniques to riot and protest in the streets (see Exhibit D).

If you are not receptive to his ideologies, he will then label you as a “fascist” or “racist” (possible libel) and doxx (post public information about you and label you as a “racist” or other perceived attribute). (See Exhibit A, C, and G)

Donation Scams:

Its unknown how much of his and his supporters income come from donations, however much of the donation scams are runned by his supporters. They often use race or gender identity as an excuse to be out of work, not suitable for hire, or kicked out of their parents house and begging for money.

Many of these so called “transgender” people are questionably more than fakes (see https://kiwifarms.net/threads/louis-lou-gagliardi-alex-ace-maddox-tegan-ainsley-taryn-amita-diana-goldenl1oness-lynn-brooks-acem58.66344/)

Who simply “identify” as a sex other than their real sex and then claim victim and ask for money.

If you decline, then you will be labeled a “racist” or “transphobe” and (possible libel) and doxx (post public information about you and label you as a “racist” or other perceived attribute). Sometimes pressured into paying retribution (see Exhibit E).

Furry Art Scams:

For those unfamiliar with what a “furry” is (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furry_fandom).

In the “furry community”, there is a high volume of “art trading”, which involves customers paying “artists/builders” a commission to draw “furry art” or make figurines, jewelry, and costumes.

Because a commission is paid, there is no guarantee of results and products are not often produced. However many of these artists often abandon their work and never return their customer’s payments.

This pertains mainly to the above mentioned supporters of chipfoxx and its not often reported that chipfoxx engages in this himself.

However when such incidents are reported, chipfoxx and his above mentioned supporters will often “trash” the victim. Accusing the victim (by reporting) as “doxxing” the suspect and using a cast of thousands of puppet (fake) profiles to file false reports and suppress the victim.

It’s believed chipfoxx and atax1a are the main orcastrators behind the spawning of these fake profiles as they allegedly have the technical background and time to do that.

Online Suppression and “BlockLists” BlackLists

chipfoxx and atax1a are also believed to be the main orcastrators behind this for their technical background, the group often create a “fake army” of fake profiles and false reports to suppress; by removing videos, channels, photos, postings, etc of anyone or organization that they feel don’t support or believe in their causes).

#4 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Very much a paid scam

AUTHOR: RJ - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, September 04, 2020

So "Miguel" how much are you being paid to post this and what's your interest in this case? I understand that you think this scam "does not belong" reported on ripoffreport. However there are people being lead on and even blackmailed/threatened into giving the aforementioned scammer money. This is a textbook organized extortion case or scheme. A head scammer gets other scammers to extort money in a network loose enough in ties that the head scammer cannot be legally prosecuted (easillly). But we can agree to disagree.

Do you think if people were not out of monetary loss, or if members of the scammer's group were rewarded with sufficient amounts money, that they would expend this much time and energy on this? So why have you expended this much time and energy defending the scammers network? If you bothered to read the original report, it was already ,mentioned that, several organizations were threatened with subjective defamation (e.g. "you are racists") and a certain "donation" was requested to rectify it.

NOT a Ripoff

AUTHOR: Miguel - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, August 31, 2020

This report doesn't belong on this site as it it nothing more than a political disagreement between the subject and the author of the report.  Not a single one of the screenshots provided as evidence shows anything other than the author taking issue with the subject's liberal politics.

The fact that the author has then followed up with a response with some story about an alleged business arrangement with the subject but is unable to provide any evidence that such an arrangement actually existed is highly suspect.  This report has no business on this website and actively erodes the reputation and validity of other valid reports present on this site that actually serve to warn consumers of the poor business practices of legitimate businesses.

There is also the fact that the author cites the subject's misdeeds as including "doxxing" of people, yet the author provides several links to a website where in numerous people have been "doxxed" by users of that site.  In essence, the author is guilty of the same act that they report the subject is guilty of.

This report is little more than the immature mudslinging between people who have opposing political viewpoints.  Please go back to Twitter, like Stacey suggested below.

#2 General Comment

Very much a ripoff and organized scam

AUTHOR: R Williams - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, August 27, 2020

I am the media director of [name withheld] , an audience-funded project that was assigned to work with a group involving Philip / "Chipfoxx" last year in San Francisco. Immediately he and his colleagues grilled us on many political and social issues , called us "racist" and other accusations like mentioned in As report which I wont repeat. Their tactic, very much, is to blackmail (or blacklist) you as a "racist" and ransom donations or they will drag / doxx your company and colleagues through the mud. We have talked to other "confurance" organizers and they have been accused and threatened with the same thing.

It all comes down to donations and money! That is the bulk of their income. The way they get around skirting the law and not in jail (most of the time) this is that they moduleize every aspect of the blackmail and then ransom process. This isnt a one bit operation and to say Philip is the only person behind this is a misrepresentation IMHO. This is a network of a few scumbags who do use "puppet" identities online to comment each "part" of the crime as a whole cannot be prosecuted easilly. It's one thing for Philip not to want to work with us, but to decide to see us as a competition and try to suppress or destroy our funders through mud slinging is morally reprehensible. I would never recommend collaborating with any "furry" entity on a business level. Not only will you loose your budgets but have to deal with a mindless drove of race baiters with nothing to loose.

Take it to twitter, tik tok or any other site because this is nothing more than baiting to prove your agenda.
