Philly Inn and Suites - infested with roaches. Management did nothing, backed out of refunding us our money. Philadelphia PA

Philly inn and suites provided us nothing more than a roach motel of a room. We called them to the service desk and they told us that they had some chemical was a good spray they would bring them up later on they never brought them up go back to service desk again they still didn't bring them up I complained about the room you asked for us to change to a different room and they said they had nothing else available they would check us out early if we wanted to and give it some money back. We probably did check out around 6:00 a.m. only a few hours after we arrived. There were five roaches that I saw inside the room including three that came out of a chair in the corner of the room that I'm sitting on after I took a shower. The place overall was filthy and in disrepair. This was actually booked through bookings.com and bookings.com and denied our second our money back because the hotel lied to them said that we had stayed there longer than we actually have been there for. As far as bookings.com is concerned we were there for over 2 days the guy told him when I talked to him at the actual hotel that he would not perform my money until I took down the reviews I left online on his profile for Google I told him I wasn't doing that until the money was refunded do they have proven to me that they were not people of Honor and I could not trust the word. So here we are months later still the money has not been refunded and I want this resolved I want my money back. Will final comment on this had I seen all the reviews for this motel prior to looking at I definitely would not have stayed there their views are horrible for this place many many complaints of insects and roaches in the building and they do the pest control themselves apparently they don't hire an outside company to take care of it from my understanding..
