Offer trade in of an older ipad for a proposed amount, but then make up some flimsy excuse to reduce the amount they originally offered. Avoid this company, it's an old-fashioned, bait-and-swith operation.

In this case they claim that a pixel did not work. Which of course, is simply not true.
