I can't in good conscience keep quiet any longer on how I have been treated after deciding step back from participating in this training.

I chose to do so for personal reasons and the founder has taken it personally. She asked to speak with me on several occasions on which I always declined. It's not reallyanyones business on why I wanted to leave the program. other than personal stress. I do have other reasons but was trying to not get into it with her as it would be counter productive and I just wanted to cancel.

I asked for a refund. She emailed me and agreed. I have this in writing.

She insisted on speaking with me, I gave in and spoke to her. We were cordial on the call and I thought came to a resolution. This was in a call that was recorded, so I do have proof.

She even told me on the phone she would give me my refund because of the circumstances. She said she'd issue a check by the end of the week. It's been two weeks no check.

She sent me a document to sign with all these stipulations. I said no. She offered less than she told me she'd send. I actually ended up signing the document after making corrections to the amount based on what she told me on the call.

Every email I send now goes unanswered.

All I will say about the program itself is you can get the same training from many other coach training programs for less money, more professional and more tech savvy, organized company.
