The Pierce County Clerk's Office is DESTROYING court orders at the direction of the "highest bidder" and there is now newly obtained evidence to support this.  This evidence, obtained by public records request, shows that on May 17, 20216, Probate Clerk Lu Scott colluded with Commissioner Services Chelse Vargo to "delete" and "recycle" an order to show cause from the day prior and NEVER ENTER INTO THE PUBLIC RECORD.      

DESTROYING GOVERNMENT PROPERTY IS A FELONY AND WHEN THE CLERK DESTROYS YOUR THOUGHTFUL SIGNED COURT ORDERS, HOW CAN THE PUBLIC PLACE TRUST IN THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM?   I have attached the paper trail which outlines the clear evidence of this felonious action.  So, now you have been warned - your court orders could be disappearing by a clerk with her delete button and recycle bin.
