A friend of mine went to this medical facility and he never received any Bill or statement of money that he owes, and now they are stating he owes them money  2- months he has been calling them and the people on the phone are rude they do not call him back and they refused to give him any information if he owes money or not? A Professional and confident medical facility will send you a Bill but Not Pima Heart and Vascular? When a Bill and a competent letter to the patient is sent (if they owe money?) but not this medical facility they leave you guessing and they make the patient do their Billing work so the patient has absolutely No idea that they owe any money and then they slam you with a Bill and if they do this to you? And if they place you into a collection agency? Sue them for the illegal actions that they are committing and if this happens to my friend? I will sue to the fullest extent of the law because he called them three times today and they did not call him back and then when somebody finally did call him back 4 hours later; They hung up the phone on him.  This is how incompetent the office workers are here.  Do yourself a favor and go to Tucson Arizona where they protect your interest because these people do not even know how to send a Bill out properly.
