PSA: Do NOT use PlaneMoney / The Mancuso Group for aircraft financing — they scammed me Just a heads up to anyone in aviation looking for financing. I applied for a loan through PlaneMoney (aka The Mancuso Group) for a small aircraft deal. Was told I was approved. Gave them a down payment to lock the rate. And then... nothing.
They ghosted me. No loan. No paperwork. No refund.
Susan, the woman handling my file, fed me straight bulls**t the entire time.
I’ve since found others with identical experiences. Same script. Same ghosting. Same theft.
I’ve filed with the FTC, my state AG, and BBB — but I'm posting here so no one else gets ripped off. This is a shady, bait-and-switch outfit and they need to be exposed.
