Platinum Ford Terrell Tx Failure to repair vehicle damage to vehicle Terrell Texas

Purchase two trucks from Platinum Ford. The brand new 2021 F250 has been a nightmare service with this dealership has been absolutely horrible. It needs a new fuel pump which will be number four. Number three only lasted 80 miles and took nine months to get.

I get the truck back with grease prints all over the truck scratches on the truck they absolutely have no care for the customer or the vehicle.  I’m at over 900 in tow expense. Every time this truck has been at this dealership I’ve been without a vehicle. Even though my warranty includes a loaner vehicle.

So now the truck is sitting at the dealership we are being told it could be a year before I get a new pump. So I asked him about trading it in and they told me they cannot give me a value on the vehicle because they don’t know how long it will be broke down.

So I arrived today to pick the vehicle up with a tow truck to take to another dealership that has no problem giving me a value on vehicle. Not surprised we walk into the sales department tell them we’re here to get the keys to the truck cause we’re gonna go trade it in not a word from any of them they gave us our key.

Their service manager is the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with.  and his straight lied to my face. They have absolutely lost my business I would suggest to anybody that knows me not to do business with Platinum Ford. Or any other dealership that is owned by that franchise.
