Scott David Allen Hedger, and partner Robert Toledo are scam artists and need to be stopped. I worked several months for these d****ebags and in the end was screwed out of a check for 186 hours and was never paid for 64 hours of overtime prior to that. It's an excess of $4100 in labor. I have contacted the DOL and have reported him to the IRS. 

During the time of employment none of the taxes taken from my checks were ever paid in as they were reported. He has closed  both of the warehouses one in WPB and the other in Brooksville Fla. Leaving numerous customers without finished solar systems or systems that haven't passed inspection. He does partial installs before getting any permits or plans, installs salvage material from scrap yards and charges full price for the equipment.

Then claims the installs are complete to the banks so that he can be paid. I have a large list of customers that are filing lawsuits against him for neglect and fraud. When I confront him about my pay I'm told I'm a crackhead or a piece of sh*t and don't know what I'm talking about, once again resorting back to his old ways that hes been reported of many many times.

He has been ordered to only drive his 2019 ram pickup because of his requirement to have a intoxilizer in the vehicle driven due to multiple DUI charges. He is not driving that vehicle and its parked at his new residence located at (((REDACTED))),  Sanford Fla. Hes most of the time is in a Black Mercedes G wagon, white Mercedes or a 2003 dodge ram, therefore bypassing the machine.

He even had the audacity to call the police to my residence stating I was living in an abandoned apartment after I'd paid the rent in full and all utilities were in my name, never would show up when asked to come by the sherriff dept. All receipts of rent were shown to deputies along with threatening text messages. This scumbag needs to be stopped.
