Poet Biofuels Jake Marker I took my wife to the ER because she was sick ,drove a 14 hour day and they terminated me that day. Jake needs to be fired!!!! Wichita KS

 Jake marker on 7/03/2024 Terminated my emplyment with Poet biofuels after I worked there a year. 

I had asked him if he had any problems with me two days prior to him doing this and he said not at all. Lied to me on behalf of POET BIOFUELS then said and I quote "not at all." telling bold faced lies. 

I had several problems with other employees trying to pick fights and he did nothing about it. 

Everytime that he was needed he was taking PAID TIME OFF , as a matter of fact I had more days on the books than he did for the year. 

It is a toxic work environment as Jake is in my opinion a lazy manager and does not know his operations from day to day , Makes tons of mistakes throughout his day,week and year. The driver is stuck holding the bag with that. 

I had been given several dozen incorrect load numbers over a years time along with the wrong loads going to the wrong places that were covered by other drivers already. He constantly overbooks loads with multiple trucks wasting a lot of fuel ,wear and tear on the trucks and money in payroll and fuel. 

He force dispatches drivers when recuiting says that POET BIOFUELS does not. They have other managers tephone tough guy you into carrying almost illegal loads for greed. I would like to see his immediate termination with poet because he does not have the company in mind only his days off .
