I made a purchase of $4,995.00 from this company because I felt secure in the fact that they offered me a written "6 Month Unconditional Money Back Guarantee." I was almost immediately unsatisfied with my purchase because it did not include a feature that was promised to me by the sales representative I spoke to.
I made more than one attempt to reach the company by phone and email to get my refund processed as well as check on the status of my refund request. I never received a return phone call or a reply to any of my emails.
Now when I call the company's "Customer Service" phone number, all I get is a recording stating that they should be back online soon. Anyone thinking about doing business with this company should do so at their own risk and be prepared for a terrible eperience.
