Precise Car Parts gave precise car parts $850 for a used engine and I never received it Dallas Texas

I bought a used engine online from precise car parts for $850 and never received it they have a real professional looking website and claim they have outstanding customer service and have warranties and guarantees but do not back them up When I called them to ask when I would receive my engine they told me that they have no record of me buying anything from them and that I have the wrong company j gave them my invoice number and they told me that there invoice numbers start with other numbers then I had When i was buying the engine they told me that they were Nationwide and their head office was in Denton Texas which is what the invoice I received was from but it was from precision auto parts I have repeatedly called them and they never answer the phone always put on hold and referred to the same voicemail when they answer or call you back it's the same person that initially sold me the engine he tells me he's manager of shipping and when you ask to talk to someone else like sales or another manager he won't let you . He'll ask you what company you are contacting (precise/precision) and he says that they are the opposite of what you say when the phone numbers are the same for both companies If this company was legit they wouldn't call their customers bad names and hang up on them I can't believe that they are still doing business and scamming people somebody needs to shut this fraudulent company down immediately
