Prestige Autos Prestige Autos tarnished my credit, operated in poor faith, and failed to deliver a vehicle that I attempted to purchase Corona California

Prestige Auto's response is ludicrous and disingenuous. They were preparing to sell me a vehicle without disclosing paint damage.  They also noted that there was only minor mechanical damage that would be fixed with 1 - 2 weeks.  I waited 2.5 months to purchase that vehicle.  I was more than patient. 

Prestige used Covid as an excuse for their inept service.  While my sales person, Curtis, did fall ill with Covid during the transaction he did not communicate this to me, nor did he hand off my transaction while he was out sick.  He simply vanished and failed to respond to my repeated calls & texts.  I had to initiate contact with the GM David after I was ghosted by Curtis. 

My purchase was never consummated because Prestige Autos could not figure out their own online purchasing system.  After a stretch, they supposedly expedited the financing paperwork to me via mail, but it was never received.  This happened twice! I still don't know who they ran my credit through as I never received any documentation. 

David promised to fast-track the repairs and paint work on the vehicle, but he too ghosted me.  I called, emailed, texted, and left repeated messages for David for over a month and he never once responded - despite the fact that his assistant told me he was in the office.  I was in fact refunded my money, but not by choice or with notice given.  They just sent me my money back without so much as a heads-up as to why. 

They then re-posted the vehicle online with a couple days of refunding my money for a higher price.  I believe they felt they could seller it for a better price than what I had purchased the vehicle at.  Prestige Auto's is horrendous.
