Bartlesville Oklahoma has been ripped off by bitcoin con artists.   First thank you for having this website.  We found out about it reading transcripts of a sham criminal case brought in Washington County Oklahoma.  We are thankful this website exists to memorialize the fraud that is ocurring in Oklahoma.   Many articles have outed the fraud and thefts ocurring under our noses.   Brad Doenges acting as the chairman of our community arts center and museum transferred the Price Tower an iconic landmark, on the National Register of Historic buildings to a LLC located in New Mexico controlled by Cynthia Blanchard.

 
We as a community found out about the fraud directly from Cynthia Blanchard's filthy mouth as she physically accosted and yelled at our local news reporter:
Upon arriving Wednesday evening, the EE reporter was accosted by Price Tower owner Cynthia Blanchard.
"Andy, what the f*** are you doing here? What the f*** are you doing?" Blanchard yelled from across the parking lot. "Are you trying to kill the Tower?"

Cynthia Diane Fench, graduated from nearby Dewey High School before her future husband Anthem Hayek Blanchard was even born.  As she is now called Cynthia D. Blanchard is the person who was caught tearing the Shin'enKan Gate from its hinges and having it and many other artifacts, furniture and musem piece loaded on to a truck as she was caught selling Bartlesville's community assets and museum pieces.  This is theft from the community as a whole.  Never did the $10 (ten dollar) transfer of the Price Tower to Green Copper Holdings LLC out of New Mexico supposed to include the museum artifacts too.  Cynthia Blanchard stole from the community, some how the museum artifacts and all the art work were included in the deal for Ten Dollars that Bard Doenges signed over to Green Copper Holdings LLC out of New Mexico?

A number of articles now show that Cynthia Blanchard the former president of Herasoftware development in Bartlesville that claimed contracts with the US and foreign governments all over the world, received money from the City of Bartlesville for 50 high paying jobs, now is suddenly broke!   WHAT?  How did this happen and why is Anthem Blanchard now representing Anthem Vault Inc. and the employees are claiming they were all paid by Anthem Vault Inc. to work for Hera Software?   We have been lied to again and again by Cynthia D. Blanchard and suppoedly Anthem Blanchard that Cynthia now says is responsible for Herasoft.

Herasoft moved its operations to Bartlesville in 2021 with a reported $5 million round of series-A funding and a growing client list. Blanchard claimed they had offices in Houston and Sao Paulo, Brazil, at the time.

He also was the executive officer of two now-defunct crypto-blockchain companies, Hercules SEZC and AnthemGold, both of which are facing multiple online accusations of fraud from customers.

Blanchard is also linked to 38 other companies, such as AMAGI Metals LLC, Anthem Bank Inc, Anthem Coins Ltd, Anthem Crypto, Anthem AU, AnthemDerivatives, AnthemDollar Ltd and AnthemGold Inc.

Further complicating matters, Herasoft Inc. is selling the building housing its Bartlesville headquarters, the historic and former Washington County Courthouse, for $1.2 million.

Meanwhile, Anthem's wife Cynthia, owner of Price Tower and former president of Herasoft, is selling museum artifacts to address the tower's financial shortcomings.

Cynthia Blanchard previously said that Herasoft employees were part of the team taking ownership of the Price Tower.
Anthem Blanchard and Herasoft were unavailable for comment and phone numbers associated with Herasoft are no longer in service.

So Herasoft employees Craig Brand, Dale Takio, and Mike Moran are identified in other articles as having a deal with Cynthia Blanchard to transfer their debts owed by Herasoft to Copper Tree that manages the Price Tower owned by Green Copper Holdings, but now they are all linked with Anthem Vault and Herasoft, and according to articles dozens of other companies.

Very strange that Herasoft has some how gone through over $5 million while its employees were paid by Anthem Vault Inc. and Cynthia Blanchard suddenly stops being president of Herasoft but the employees of Herasoft that are paid by Anthem Vault are the ones with equity and working for Copper Tree that manages the building, art work and museum artifacts that some how Brad Doenges transferred to Green Copper Holdings?   How did Brad Doenges have the power to tansfer a $12 million building and what other articles say are $30 to possibly even $40 million in artwork and artifacts?

Cynthia Blanchard claims Price Tower had $500,000 in debt that was personally guaranteed by a board member of Price tower arts center, that Brad Doenges was the chairman of, supposedly giving him the right to make the transfer.   If Brad Doenges is the person that personally guaranteed to the debt Cynthia Blanchard claims she took over then Brad Doenges is personally liable for what the lawyers call treble penalties of the $50 to $60 MILLION in assets transferred for just $10.  The Internal Revenue Service IRS says that this sort of insider dealing subjects the guilty parties to at least 3 X (Three Times) the illegally transferred value, so that could be penalties of $180 Million against Brad Doenges and Cynthia Blanchard!

There is another person involved here Chad Koehn from Kansas that manages money for people in Oklahoma too.  Koehn is listed on a Federal Lawsuit in Kansas that was also referenced in a sham criminal case in Oklahoma that cost all of us tax payers a fortune.  The case was total corruption brought by Cynthia Blanchard through the City Council of Bartlesville Oklahoma against a whistleblower.
 
Chad Koehn is quoted in various articles connected to Herasoft and he is listed as the chairman of the board of directors of Herasoft whose employees Craig Brand, Mike Moran and Dale Takio all transferred their debts and work for Copper Tree, but own equity in Green Copper Holdings?

Chad Koehn, president and founder of United Capital Management, said he was referred to Blanchard by a friend for a software build he was doing, and became impressed with the security solution.

“After understanding what Anthem had developed I said, ‘forget your software, I want to send you as much as I can scrape up for shares in your company,’” he said.

Cynthia Blanchard is accused of dodgging debts of Price Tower, through Copper Tree against the equity holders of Green Copper Holdings, and those employees or equity partners of Price Tower were employees or contractors of Herasoft but the employees of Herasoft were paid by Anthem Vault Inc. according to other court records.

Brand claims he was told something completely different.

"I was brought in by [Cynthia] and informed by her that this was going to be a quick flip," Brand said. "The assets were going to be added up, that the art was going to be added up, that the building was going to be appraised, and then it was going to be flipped, and everybody would get their money back and a whole lot more."

Brand claims as a shareholder, every attempt to look at the Price Tower's books or to ask for internal documents about the Tower's financial health was met with silence.

According to internal Price Tower documents obtained by the EE, the Blanchards owe the three around $200,000. Moran, Takio and Brand say it's significantly more than that. Those same documents estimate the Tower's current debt to be close to $2 million.

The three men said they will sue the Blanchards "to be made whole" in what they say the Blanchards owe them for HeraSoft and Copper Tree.

Brand said pre-lawsuit notices have already been sent to the Blanchards asking them not to sell or transfer assets. He believes the Blanchards violated the pre-lawsuit notice by selling the few remaining Shin'enKan artifacts.

In a previous story, Cynthia Blanchard told the EE she had to sell off museum artifacts to keep the Price Tower afloat.

As the only Frank Lloyd Wright designed skyscraper ever built and a declared National Historic Landmark, Price Tower was estimated to be worth more than $6 million. The tower contains a hotel furnished with Wright pieces and was the longtime home of the Price Tower Arts Center (PTAC) which reportedly contained $20 to $30 million worth of art and historic artifacts. Somehow, yet not publicly mentioned at the time, the $10 deal included all art and other contents within Price Tower.

As Cynthia Blanchard was publicly promising to put $10 million into the tower’s upkeep and renovation, touting HeraSoft’s monetary success as just what the town needed, it appears from a lawsuit filed against Anthem Blanchard by American Express for $128,192.81 in unpaid debt, the couple may have been living off of cash advances from credit at the time. Nevertheless, city leaders began pledging taxpayer funds through the Bartlesville Development Authority to Green Copper Holdings to assist in the Blanchard’s efforts to revamp a restaurant and other interior features of the tower.
 
THIS IS NOT THE WAY OUR TAX DOLLARS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SPENT!  Why did Mike Bailey not immediately stop our government funding from going to the Blanchards if Bailey was told by a whistleblower about the American Express Lawsuit?   
The articles also talk about a Fraud Alert being issued agains Cynthia Blanchard out of the Grand Cayman Islands in July of 2020!   Interesting cause the financial planner, Chad Koehn who is quoted in the papers as scraping together as much money as he could for Herasoftware the company with the 50 high paying jobs, and contracts to governments all over the world was putting Five Million into Herasoftware as the Grand Cayman Islands fraud alert was issued and American Express was suing Anthem Blanchard and Anthem Vault the company said to have paid all the employees of Herasoftware. 

Cynthia Blanchard touted Herasoftware's success and apparently her role as president and co-founder of Herasoft also called herasoftware as just the sort of success the town of Bartlesville needed and apparently how Cynthia Blanchard got Brad Doenges to give her SIXTY MILLION DOLLARS in assets for just Ten Dollars? 

 This is not just shady this is criminal. 

 The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) needs to set up an office here alongside the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and investigate what is going on with our tax dollars.
 
Chad Koehn is listed all over the place with Herasoftware, Anthem Vault, and many other companies all connected to Anthem and Cynthia Blanchard.   One article shows how a Federal Lawsuit filed in Kansas directly references Anthem and Cynthia Blanchard in Oklahoma, and that lawsuit involves Chad Koehn and the same whistleblower that we spent a fortune prosecuting in Oklahoma in the sham criminal case brought by Cynthia Blanchard and apparently Mike Bailey the city manager.

Koehn vs. Michael E. Nelson (22-4008-JWB-GEB). In the case out of federal court in Salina, Kansas, Chad Koehn, a board member for Anthem Holdings, was demanding $75,000 for libel, assault and slander as Nelson counter-claimed. That case has since been mutually dismissed (March 28, 2023), but at the time in Bartlesville, Nelson was mounting his defense and countersuit."

This Federal Court with Chad Koehn interestingly lists one of Koehn's attorneys as Criag Brand, the same name that appears on evidence used in the shame whistleblower trial in Oklahoma and the same name appearing in the articles about mismangement by the Blanchards of Price Tower and we are guessing the same person that is owed $200,000 by the Blanchard's who has now equity in Price Tower via debt from Anthem Vault and Herasoftware the company that Chad Koehn is the chairnman of the Board of Directors.

Really who needs to be sued in Chad Koehn and United Capital Management of Kansas Inc. in Salina Kansas, they are obviously the ones committing Bitcoin or Bitclub or crypto currency frauds.  There is no way a company Herasoftware that Chad Koehn president of United Capital Management of salina, kansas gave five milliion dollars to Herasoftware and sits on the board as the chairman of the board of directors, and some how his attorney on the Federal Lawsuit to silence a whistleblower who is also prosecuted in Oklahoma has the same attorney that is now suing Cynthia Blanchard for mismanaging the Price Tower and for what the attorney Craig Brand says was the premeditated plan of Cynthia Blanchard to add up all the furniture and artwork and appraise the tower and then FLIP EVERYTHING?
 
If Cynthia Blanchard is not made comfortable in a prison cell then certainly Brad Doegnes must be in on this fraud, alongside Chad Koehn, whose name is attached to everything in this horrible mess.    These two men Koehn and Doenges need to be charged with crimes if Cynthia Blanchard is not charged with crimes for selling off our communities heritage.
 
The connections between Chad Koehn, the Blanchard's and Price Tower are so many its hard to not see them as one, especially if the Craig Brand guy is the same as the attorney for Chad Koehn and also somehow owed a debt from Anthem Vault and Herasotware that was transferred into equity in Price Tower?   How can Cynthia Blanchard pick and choose which investors or employees get paid back their debt and who is left with nothing?   Anthem Vault shows thousands of people waiting for their gold, others claiming to have received magnetic gold, there is another company Anthem Gold that sold a gold backed crypto currency mostly likely sold by Chad Koehn and United Capital Management of Kansas and then there is this crypto currency called HERC that is what prompted the whsitleblower to send the American Express and Grand Cayman Lawsuits to Bartlesville City Manager Mike Bailey.
 
The letter shows as evidence agaisnt the whistleblower in the sham criminal case, obviously used to silence the whistleblower, references the same man Craig Brand repeatedly saying Criag Brand is alleged to have paid a bribe to United Arab Emirates to release Anthem Blanchard from detainment for drug smuggling.  Strangely also the name Craig Brand appears again as the criminal attorney for Dale Takio, who is listed as having worked for Herasoftware probably paid by Anthem Vault given the currently claims of employee lawsuits from Herasoftware paid by Anthem Vault.  Dale Takio escaped criminal charges for racketeering in a real estate fraud against Simon Properties after the whistleblower in that case wound up dead just two days after Dale Takio was arrested.  It is the case of the dead whistleblower in the Dale Takio RICO Racketeering criminal case brought by Simon Properties, that Cynthia Blanchard used to threaten the whistleblower with death for speaking out about the lawsuits and a large scale ponzi scheme Cynthia and/or Anthem Blanchard were involved in and the master mind of that ponzi scheme was the advisory board to Chad Koehn who was partners with a tier two pedophile who went on the run and was grabbed for pedophilia in Indonesia according to the federal lawsuit with Chad Cohen and multiple news reports.
How could Brad Doenges sign over Price tower,  all the artwork inside, all the artwork outside all the musuem artifacts, the gates and artifacts bolted to the building to Cynthia Blanchard through a New Mexico LLC for just Ten Dollars and somehow claim to be oblivous to the Grand Cayman Islands lawsuit and fraud alert against Cynthia Blanchard, the American Express Lawsuit against Anthem Vault and Anthem Hayek Blanchard served upon Cynthia Blanchard.  The Federal Lawsuit in Kansas involving the same name Criag Brand and Dale Takio and the litigants being United Capital Management of Kansas Inc. and Chad Koehn.  This is not possible for Brad Doenges not to know all these facts prior to giving the building and its artifacts and art work to Cynthia Blanchard via a New Mexcio LLC for ten dollars.
 
We need criminal charges filed against someone immediately.  There is too much shady business being conducted here.
