Pride Mobility Products Corporation Is A RipOff, Scam Company That Does Not Care About Their Customers And Does Absolutely Nothing For Them, Including For My 88 Year Old Mother!  

Monday, November 11, 2019   Mr. Scott Meuser,  Chairman And Chief Executive Officer PRIDE MOBILITY PRODUCTS CORPORATION 182 Susquehanna Avenue Exeter, Pennsylvania  18643 570-655-5574 & 800-800-8586  

Regarding:  Very Serious Complaint   My 88 Year Old Mother who currently suffers from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, Along With Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Limits Her Mobility had purchased one (1) of their Lift Chair Series and has Not Had A Very Good Experience With Her Pride Mobility Products Corporation "Life Chair Series"!  

Before I Get Into The Letter And Details:   I want to first of all Apologize for Not Writing You This Letter Of Very Serious Complaint Any Sooner, but due to my mother's Current Disabilities and/or Limitations, she does Not Always Know How To Tell ME When Something Is Not Right and also since I live both in Los Angeles, California and Toronto, Ontario  Canada.

I am Not Always Here To Know Exactly What Is Going On!   However, at the present time, I know the Exact Problem and/or Nature Of The Complaint About Your Faulty And Negligent Chair and You Will Learn Why My Mother Is Not So Happy With Your RipOff Product!  

My mother had bought this chair because apparently it was Recommended to her Most Likely From The Store That She Purchased It At based on her Current Medical Conditions And Needs and therefore She Chose It Not Knowing What She Was Getting Herself Into.  

Supposedly, your chair comes with some kind of Warranty, however, I Beg To Differ On Your So Called Warranty That Is Totally Useless, False, Frivolous and Meaningless because You Never Took Care Of Any Of My Mother's Complaints Involving That Chair, Financially At Your Own Expense and/or Mechanically Speaking By The Way!  

Your Horrible Chair Has Cost My Mother Additional Money That She Really Does Not Have Due To Her Being On A Fixed, Monthly Income and She Even Gets Extreme Subsidized Housing As Well!   I can tell You Right Now that My Dear 88 Year Old Mother Had To Pay Out Of Pocket On The Following Dates To Bio Style Inc.:  

1)  $85.00 Date:  April 28, 2016  

2)  $60.00 Date:  March 16, 2018   In Addition:  My mother is having another Service Call through Bio Style Inc. sometime this week to Replace Another Piece From Your Lovely Chair That Your Warranty Is Not Paying For and that Will Cost My Mother An Additional $150.00 Dollars.   So Far, Your Pride Mobility Products Corporation Has Cost My Mother A Total Of $295.00 For Nothing!  

Apparently, Your Parts That You Use In Your Chairs Are Of Extremely Cheap, Low Class Material and Not Made To Last At All Which Are Made To Purposely And Deliberately Cost Your Customers EXTRA Money From Their Pocket To Keep On Having To Repair Their Chairs And Eventually Their Pride Mobility Products Corporation "Chair" Will Have To Be Replaced Because Your Customers Will Eventually Get So Tired And Fed Up With Having To Continue To Repair Their Existing Chairs, Meaning That Your Company Will Eventually Be Benefiting And Selling More Chairs Because Of Your Disgusting And Unfair Negligence On Your Part That You Caused, Not The Customer!  

Obviously!   Please Note:  My Mother NEVER Got A Single Thing Out Of Your Warranty, Except For The Loss Of Money Out Of Her Limited Monthly Income That She Has To Live On!   Shame On You!   How Dare You Do This To An 88 Year Old Person?  

You Have No Respect For The Elderly, Handicapped, Disabled, Period!   You ONLY Care About Money!   That Is Very Sad To Say The Very Least!   Moving Right Along:   By Right: You Should Not Only Be Reimbursing My 88 Year Old Mother For All Of Her Financial Losses That She Incurred, But You Should Also Take Back Your Chair That She Spent Over $1,500.00 On And Replace With A Much Better, Quality One At No Charge With An Extended Warranty!  

That Is Called Doing The Right And Correct Thing For An 88 Year Old Person Of This Nature!   Moving Right Along:   Since My 88 Year Old Mother Has Bowel And Urine Problems and Has To Wear Diapers For Many Years Due To Her Medical Conditions, She Is Actually Very Sorry That She Even Bought Your Chair To Begin With Because Since Her Chair Now Smells Of Urine, She NOW Has To Hire Somebody To Clean Her Chair And That Is Going To Be An Additional Expense!  

Obviously!   My mother wishes that she Chose Another Chair When She Bought Your Chair because Your Chair Did Not Come With Any Kind Of Protection Such As Plastic or Something so that she would Not Have To Have It Cleaned Professionally Uncase She Urinates!   It Is Just Common Sense!  

I am Now Going To Provide You With Some Vital Information That I Was Able To Retrieve From Your Chair and/or The Booklet That It Came With For Your Reference And Further Review.   Lift Chair Series L6005715051S50 GL358SKDWAL     Enclosed, in the attachments, please find a copy of some of the Paid Bills That My 88 Year Old Mother Incurred Because Of Your Negligent And Faulty Chair for your reference and further review.  

Sadly, after sending out My Very Serious Letter Of Complaint To Multiple Staff Members, including to Mr. Scott Meuser, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (smeuser@pridemobility.com) and even to Ms. Hermine Deangelo, his Executive Assistant (hdeangelo@pridemobility.com), it was Only Forwarded To Ms. Denise Jarram, Manager, Inside Sales & Reception (888) 570-1113 x1853 (djarram@pridemobility.com) who stated in her email that she would Provide A Fair Resolution For My Mother which was a Total Lie!  

During the whole conversation that I had with Ms. Denise Jarram, Manager, Inside Sales & Reception back on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, she Only Came Up With Low Class, Frivolous, Cheap Excuses For All Of My Mother's Complaints and Did 0.00 For My Mother!  

Please Note:  It Is Very Sad That For A Billion Dollar Company Whereby Mr. Scott Meuser, Chairman And Chief Executive Officer Makes Over $500,000.00 Per Year According To Online Records That This Poor Man Can Not Afford To Take Care Of A Poor, Innocent Customer At His Own Expense To Satisfy That Person Is Beyond ME!  

If I were You As The Customer Out There, I would Boycott Pride Mobility Products Corporation And Not Shop, Nor Support Their Products Anymore!   Mr. Scott Meuser, Chairman And Chief Executive Officer Of Pride Mobility Products Corporation...   You Shalt Be Judged On Judgment Day!   Amen!

Hello Mr. Shore, we appreciate your frustration. Our sales team has already been in contact with you, and as a result a replacement motor has been sent to your provider Bio Style to enable them to repair the product in question (the motor is being sent at no charge to you). Bio Style has attempted to contact you multiple times to fix the product in question, but you have not replied to them.

Please be aware that our products are not intended to endure prolonged moisture exposure, and if you are having constant electronic issues, the soiling of the chair is most likely the cause. Please refer to pages 9 and 18 of your owner's manual of your chair for specific references to keep the chair dry at all times. Pride Mobility Products cannot be responsible for defects in the product if it is not used in the way directed in the owner's manual. We hope this addresses your immediate concern and prevents future problems from taking place.
