Prime Corporate Services Scam & Rip Off Murray Utah

I have hired Prime Corp Services in 2021 to help me file my tax returns for my individual income & business income from MD and another business from PA, where I also reside.

They charge an almost $2000 set up fee and then $65 each month. They also provide audit protection.

Immediately after setting up the account they outsourced my info to a company called tax sentry. Now they've changed providers to incite tax.

When it came time to file the 2021 returns it took them a few months past the dead-line to file. The 2022 returns got file in October. Last year in December the York County Bureau reached out to me with an audit. I owed them for both years. Turns out their program only submitted 0s, they admitted the fault and reimbursed me the interest and penalty fees. Now I’ve received a letter of readjustment from PA for 2022. Again I owe.

I am extremely upset about the fact that I’ve paid so much for a professional service and got sucked into this mess instead. The communication is poor and details about my case are not shared properly within the company. I call and have to provide them all info repetitively. I have closed my account with them in Jan 2024.

Ideally I receive my money back since they did not provide me a solid service and hope that others chose an actual professional.

They fish for 5 star reviews... the second I posted a 1 star they contacted me immediately.

This corporation seems like a scam in regards to what they charge and what they actually offer.
It should be shut down!
