Prime Decisions LLC Billing Solutions May 7th a fake check for $34.27 was made payable to Prime Decisions, LLC

There is a phone number on the check- 1-844-222-8612 which connects you to a call center.  They claim to be a company called Billing solutions and they are a "third party" clearinghouse.  They will provide no information about the company they are making checks for "Prime Decisions" - and the only information they provide about their company "billing Solutions" is that they are based out of 21 Queen Street, Auckland, NZ  [ Interestingly enough, that address is the actual address for the New Zealand Police Department's Serious Fraud Unit]. 

I am unclear how they were able to access my name and checking number to create a fake check - working with law enforcement (and my bank- Wells Fargo -- but the bank does not seem that interested)
