company underpays staff by not paying the employees there proper amount of tips and promised commission on packages they sell . We are forced and pressured to upsell every customer even when they just purchased a $900 laser hair removal package . Customers are mislead and promised "lifetime warranty" on all packages . After buying the first package the customer is pressured into buying maintenance packages at a lower price than the first one that's what they call there lifetime warranty . We as employees are told prices to give for packages and to let the customer know that this is a special deal of the day and prices will go up ,it's always the same price (just a sale tactic to get the customer to buy right now ) . The machines are old and outdated from 2004 to be exact , constantly overheat and have issues . Shortage on sheets at all locations and have to reuse dirty used sheets at times . Also refunds don't happen , customers have complained about not getting refunded when they no longer can use there package
