DON NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRINTERVAL

We ordered crocs in November and paid for expedited shipping. They were gifts for kids. On Dec. 5 we received a message that our shipment was on the way, then nothing. No movement on tracking etc. So we sent emails. A generated response said they would get back. That happened for two weeks. Today after 3 days of calling, som person with terrible English said they were still at the plant and she would let time now in 24-48 hours what was happening. I would seriously caution against using this website for anything. Product and delivery is bad, customer service is worse. Thank God for Amex, we can get ur money back.
