Private Label Beauty & Wellness This is private label skincare products company that almost 3 years i contact to make my skincare products Clearwater Florida

I placed an order almost 4 months ago of products for my new skincare line products . They didn't give me the right info for my label of my products . I paid upfront they insist to get it products ready $17,545 and my products wasn't ready . It's took 3 months for the CEO Chuck Liston to contact regarding situation I was waiting and waiting . Than find out most of people that was working on my order quit they left the company . Their customer service number wasn't working I can't reach out no talking on the phone . CEO refuse to give a phone number to be reach only by email . He finally sent me products he told me he will taking care of my order and do everything and make sure he sent . I ask him to send me a list of the products to make sure everything is there ? He put all kind of products to camouflage the ones that was missing saying he is giving me free products . But in reality he was giving other products that I order for my skincare line at all. He never sent me the list I ask before he shipped the products to verify .

Because he didn't want me to find out his mistakes , I receive those products mixed and terrible no indication a lot of work for my employees to do plus I had to change all the design of my label to get print because he sent me different size that I didn't ask . And I already had done the right measure for each products to be labeled . Now it's cost more money to do everything again plus I'm losing money because of them I had to post pone my launching party plus put a hold on my website to sale because I wasn't receiving my products to finish everybing . Now I'm asking him $10,000 from the $17,545 and he can keep the rest . But at least pay for his lies and mistakes plus I have to pay more money . It's a total ripoff . Now he doesn't want to give me the money . I need that to be known and Correct  I just want that to be fair . Thank you for the help blessing
