I purchased 4 plug-in products from this company, whose website guarantees up to 90% decrease in electricity usage with their plug-in devices. As suggested by their website, I ordered 4 devices for my home's square footage. Their website also includes false/ phoney 5 star reviews from "thousands of happy customers". After my order, my email confirmation alerts me that my CC charges will state they are from "PureIntentShop.com", which is a totally different website than my orders were placed through. After investigating, there are 3 total websites that I have found so far:

Also, severeal different email addresses as you can imagine! I have emailed them requesting a return/refund, but having difficulty getting any responses!!!
They guarantee results after using their products for 90 days, which I have. I ordered 3/10/23 and didn't receive for maybe another month (should've been my 1st red flag- shipping is from China).
After using for greater than 3 mos, I have actually noticed that my electricity consumption has almost DOUBLED since this time last year!!! Infuriating.
I'm also currently dealing with a bit of identity theft/ fraud related to my electricity smart meter/ ESIID number. There are descrepancies on my smart meter #, account phone #, and ESIID number. I'm actively investigating these issues, but how frightening! I'm almost certain these issues are related to these Pro Power Save devices I've had plugged into my home for the last 3+ months.
BE WARNED! AVOID THIS "COMPANY" AND WEBSITES!
