BEWARE OF THIS PRICE GOUGING RIPOFF COMPANY

With all of the news about the coronavirus I found a website selling masks for my family and I to use on our upcoming flights.  A case of 20 masks costs $171.25 plus I opted for the $9.99 shipping (3M 8233 N100 Disposable Particulate Respirator with Exhalation Valve / Product ID: 8233).

I placed the order for a box of 20 units on February 27th, 2020, and immediately received a confirmation email with my invoice number and order number. Shortly after that I recieved another confirmation email with all of my billing and shipping information.

On March 3rd, 2020, I replied to the second confirmation email to ask when my order would be shipped. An employee named Cheryl replied to me, saying they sent me an email on 2/27/2020, they had to cancel my order and they refunded me.

The problem with everything is the day after I placed my order (February 28th, 2020) I checked their website again for a friend and saw they had increased the price of a case of masks from $171.25 to $475.00!!!!!!

This company cancelled my order at $171.25 so they could price gouge others and sell that same case for $475.00!!!!! I wrote back to the company (Cheryl) again explained my concern. Her reply "you have been refunded, have a nice day".

Now I am stuck without the masks I purchased for my family for our flights and this price gouging ripoff company would sell them to me again, for $300 more than I originally ordered them for!!!!!
