Dear Mr. David Taylor and/or Procter & Gamble Executive: Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You! How is your day today in sunny Cincinnati, Ohio and/or wherever else You are in the World? My day is going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that my 88 year old mother who suffers from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, Along With Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility had bought at least Two (2) Bottles Some Time Ago of your Febreze Air Mediterranean Lavender Air Refresher and Unfortunately Both Bottles Were Not Completely Full!
I am Not sure what happened during the manufacturing, packing and/or transportation process, but my mother apparently received a Bad Batch! In Addition: She also bought a Third (3rd) Bottle as well of the Same Product and this bottle would Not Even Spray When You Press On The White Plastic Lever From The Top Of The Bottle. Sadly, I called up your toll free phone number of: (800) 308-3279 today being Monday, April 27th, 2020 at approximately 12:50 p.m. from my mother's landline phone number at: (416) 633-9135 and the Telephone Customer Service Was A Major Disaster!
I spoke to a female representative who asked me various questions about the bottle(s) which I answered, however, during the conversation she reiterated that the bottle states to "Not Shake It"! When I asked her where it was located and when I told her that I could Not find it because a lot of the Lettering Was In Very Small Print, she got Offended! She especially got offended when I told her that You Need A Magnifying Glass To See The Very Tiny And Fine Print at the Top Of The Bottle where it says "Do Not Shake" which Neither My 88 Year Old Mother, nor Myself Could Read With The Naked Eye!
Instead of her being Sympathetic and Compassionate About The Situation, She Purposely And Deliberately Got Irritated And Annoyed With My Truthfulness And Hung Up On ME! This is Far From Acceptable In My Eyes Of Being A Procter & Gamble Customer For Many, Many Years In Supporting Your Company With Thousands Of Hard Earned Dollars! You Operate A Multi-Billion Dollar Company And Can Afford To Do Much Better Than That! Shame On You! How Dare You Do This To A Procter & Gamble Customer!
In Any Case: My 88 Year Old Mother does Not Write Letters, Nor Use A Computer Or Cellular Phone And I Have To Do All Of The Letter Writing For Her And In Many Cases, She Does Not Complain Right Away Because Of Her Age And Current Medical Condition Which Is The Reason Of Why The Letter Is Coming To You At This Time!
